1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your item ships, along with tracking information if applicable.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or local delivery options.
4. Local Pickup
Local pickup in the Conyers/Covington, GA area may be available for select items. If available, instructions will be provided after checkout.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. You can also email us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
