1. Missed Appointments & No-Shows

We understand that life happens. However:

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or no-show appointments.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit or session.

2. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid services, bundles, or packages are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled when appropriate notice is given. Services must be used within the time frame agreed upon at booking.

3. Dissatisfaction or Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service for any reason, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a fair and respectful manner.

4. Merchandise or Product Returns

At this time, all product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise, skincare items, supplements, or other retail items.

Body by Trish reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
